1. Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.

2. Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.

3. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Then, your item is shipped to your location.

4. As all our items are spiritual related, it takes us 5-6 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.

5. There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc.
