Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of service are subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

1. By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services.

2. You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify bhakthibazaar.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

3. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled / refunded / edited once placed.

4. To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience with bhakthibazaar, we request you to kindly take a short video while you unbox the package. This will help us verify the damaged/missing item claim, in case of any. Please note that we will not be able to exchange/send the item without the unboxing video.

5. Customer care facilities will function Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

6. If amount is deducted from your payment source & order details not received, kindly contact customer care WhatsApp +91 8590301189 with Phone number, payment details & Mail ID used while attempting order.

7. Order will require minimum 5-7 working days for delivery. Further unexpected delay can be due to weather conditions, etc., rarely.

8. Any product that is unavailable at our website can be requested at customer care Whatsapp / E-Mail, so that it can be arranged as per your request.

9. Kindly provide a valid mail ID while placing the order to receive an e-invoice as soon as the order is placed. Order confirmation, tracking number, etc., will also be sent via e-mail/Whatsapp timely.
